2023年8月16日，国家菌草工程技术研究中心首席科学家”世界菌草技术之父“林占熺教授一行莅临公司考察指导工作。

林占熺从1983年就开始研究菌草，电视剧《山海情》中的农业专家凌一农的原型就是他。40年来，林占熺发明的菌草技术已经推广到全球100多个国家，在消除贫困、促进就业、可再生资源利用和应对气候变化等方面发挥了重要作用。国际生态安全合作组织曾授予中国菌草技术“世界生态安全奖”，联合国曾多次举办高级别会议向广大发展中国家大力推广菌草技术。

Lin Zhanxi has been studying fungi and grass since 1983, and the prototype of agricultural expert Ling Yinong in the TV series "Shanhai Qing" is him. Over the past 40 years, Lin Zhanxi's mushroom and grass technology has been promoted to more than 100 countries worldwide, playing an important role in eliminating poverty, promoting employment, utilizing renewable resources, and addressing climate change. The International Organization for Ecological Security Cooperation has awarded China the "World Ecological Security Award" for mushroom and grass technology, and the United Nations has held multiple high-level conferences to vigorously promote mushroom and grass technology to developing countries.

公司总经理朱登磊陪同考察团参观了公司灌装线、接种室、育苗室等，对公司种苗繁育规模及全产业链打造现状进行了一系列的介绍，并与林占熺教授就菌草种植的社会和经济效益、沿黄菌草生态屏障建设等情况进行了交流、探讨。

林占熺教授详细了解了公司种苗繁育及全产业链发展规划，实地察看了菌草种苗培育等情况，鼓励公司总经理朱登磊坚守初心，埋头苦干，打好基础，耐住寂寞，走出新兴产业发展新道路，为打造黄河流域菌草生态绿色屏障作贡献。

He encouraged the company's general manager Zhu Denglei to stick to his original intention, work hard, lay a solid foundation, endure loneliness, and embark on a new path of emerging industry development, contributing to the construction of an ecological green barrier for mushroom and grass in the Yellow River Basin.
