研究数据显示,菌草芦竹在众多生物质燃料中表现尤为突出。其具备优异性能,干基热值高达4200-4800大卡/千克,灰分含量低于4%,硫、氮含量分别严格控制在0.4%和0.6%以内。这一特性使其燃烧效率可媲美中质燃煤,同时污染物排放量大幅减少。  

组分分析表明,菌草芦竹的干燥基挥发分含量达64.28%-75.79%,固定碳含量为15.70%-19.54%,全硫含量仅0.12%-0.76%。凭借高挥发分、低硫的显著特性,菌草芦竹成为极具潜力的清洁燃烧理想生物燃料。

  1. It is an energy plant comparable to medium quality coal

Research data shows that the Juncao Arundo Donax L perform particularly well among numerous biomass fuels. It has excellent performance, with a dry calorific value of up to 4200-4800 kcal/kg, an ash content of less than 4%, and strict control of sulfur and nitrogen content within 0.4% and 0.6%, respectively. This characteristic makes its combustion efficiency comparable to that of medium quality coal, while significantly reducing pollutant emissions.   

Component analysis shows that the dry basis volatile matter content of the Juncao Arundo Donax L is 64.28% -75.79%, the fixed carbon content is 15.70% -19.54%, and the total sulfur content is only 0.12% -0.76%. With its significant characteristics of high volatile matter and low sulfur, the Juncao Arundo Donax L have become highly promising ideal biofuels for clean combustion.

二、盐碱地种植堪比绿色油田,生态与经济双赢

 

菌草芦竹最令人瞩目的特性在于其强大的逆境生存能力。该植物可在pH值8.5以上、含盐量0.6%的重度盐碱地正常生长,同时通过根系改良土壤结构,实现"边生产边修复"。  

在新疆的沙漠边缘,菌草芦竹组培苗更创造了生态奇迹——短短三个月内植株高度便突破1.2米,根系深扎至33厘米,形成地下"固沙网",单株年固沙量达2立方米。这种"沙漠变绿洲"的非凡能力,使其在"三北"工程防沙治沙中成为关键物种。  

同时它的经济效益同样显著,菌草芦竹生长期可持续长达25年以上,每亩年产量达3-8吨干物质。在新疆规划的百万亩盐碱地种植项目中,预计年收获超400万吨干基原料,有力支撑下游绿色产业链发展。

2. Saline alkali land cultivation is comparable to green oil fields, achieving a win-win situation for ecology and economy

The most remarkable feature of the Juncao Arundo Donax L is its strong ability to survive in adversity. This plant can grow normally in severely saline alkali land with a pH value of 8.5 or above and a salt content of 0.6%. At the same time, it can improve soil structure through root system improvement, achieving "simultaneous production and restoration".   

On the edge of the desert in Xinjiang, the tissue culture seedlings of the Juncao Arundo Donax L have created an ecological miracle - within just three months, the plant height exceeded 1.2 meters, the root system was deeply rooted to 33 centimeters, forming an underground "sand fixation network", and the annual sand fixation capacity of a single plant reached 2 cubic meters. The extraordinary ability of this "Desert to Oasis" makes it a key species in the "Three North" project for sand prevention and control.   

At the same time, its economic benefits are also significant. The growth period of the Juncao Arundo Donax L can last for more than 25 years, with an annual yield of 3-8 tons of dry matter per acre. In the more than one million acre saline alkali land planting project planned in Xinjiang, it is expected to harvest over 4 million tons of dry based raw materials annually, which will strongly support the development of downstream green industry chains.

三、促进能源转型,是燃煤电厂低碳改造的优选

2025年初,我国能源领域实现重大突破——上海电力漕泾电厂百万千瓦机组成功应用25%菌草芦竹掺烧发电技术,创下国内百万千瓦级机组大比例生物质共磨掺烧的首例。试验期间制粉系统与锅炉燃烧状态稳定,污染物排放量未增加,同时产生显著减碳效益:单台机组年运行4500小时可减排二氧化碳约44万吨。  

按当前碳交易价格测算,仅碳汇收益一项,每吨菌草芦竹燃料即可创造超百元价值,单台机组年碳交易收入达4400万元。这一技术突破为全国煤电机组低碳转型开辟出新路径,串联起"能源植物种植-燃料加工-清洁发电-碳汇交易"的完整绿色产业链。

3. Promoting energy transformation is the preferred choice for low-carbon transformation of coal-fired power plants

At the beginning of 2025, China's energy sector achieved a major breakthrough - the million kilowatt unit of Shanghai Electric Power Caojing Power Plant successfully applied 25% the Juncao Arundo Donax L co firing power generation technology, setting a record for the first large-scale biomass co grinding and co firing of million kilowatt level units in China. During the experiment, the combustion status of the powder production system and boiler remained stable, and the emission of pollutants did not increase. At the same time, significant carbon reduction benefits were generated: a single unit operating for 4500 hours per year can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 440000 tons.

According to the current carbon trading price, with only carbon sequestration income, each ton of the Juncao Arundo Donax L fuel can create over 100 yuan in value, and the annual carbon trading income of a single unit can reach 44 million yuan. This technological breakthrough has opened up a new path for the low-carbon transformation of coal-fired power units nationwide, connecting the complete green industry chain of "energy plant planting fuel processing clean power generation carbon sink trading".

四、超越直燃的能源路径,促进多元转化

菌草芦竹的能源化利用远非仅限于直接燃烧发电,更可通过热解、气化技术高效转化为合成气,进而制备绿色甲醇、绿色航煤等高端燃料。以芦竹用于发热发电,打造菌草芦竹绿色零碳循环经济产业园,依托分布式能源建设,将菌草芦竹碳汇资源与绿电深度耦合,实现真正零碳目标。  

此外,菌草芦竹在生物质纤维、造纸、板材加工、模塑制品等领域的多元化应用,进一步放大了其综合利用价值,构建起资源高效利用的多联产体系。

4. Beyond direct combustion energy path, promoting diversified conversion

The energy utilization of the Juncao Arundo Donax L is not limited to direct combustion for power generation, but can also be efficiently converted into synthesis gas through pyrolysis and gasification technologies, and then used to produce high-end fuels such as green methanol and green aviation coal. Using the Juncao Arundo Donax L as a source of heat for power generation, we aim to create a green, zero carbon, and circular economy industrial park for the Juncao Arundo Donax L. With the support of distributed energy construction, we will deeply couple the carbon sink resources of mushroom, grass, and the Juncao Arundo Donax L with green electricity, achieving the true goal of zero carbon.   

In addition, the diversified application of the Juncao Arundo Donax L in biomass fiber, papermaking, sheet processing, molded products and other fields further amplifies its comprehensive utilization value and builds a multi generation system for efficient resource utilization.
